Chana Biryani & Carrot Raita

Packing lunchbox for kids is sure a challenging task and I am already facing it planning for the lunchbox menu to post it here every weekend…but am sure this will help me next year when I pack for mittu. Seeing the lunchbox series pics, she already said ‘Amma next year, I will choose from here’ ๐Ÿ™‚ What more do I need?!

This week its biryani meal which is rich in protein and fiber…yes chana biryani it is! You can pack any raita combo for this biryani. I have paired it with carrot raita.

Note : I use Tupperware/Plastic containers just for pic sake as its colorful, but I am planning to pack for mittu only in stainless steel containers as I feel its more safe.
