White Chocolate is a type of chocolate that does not contain cocoa. Unlike traditional dark or milk chocolate, white chocolate is made from sugar, milk powder and fat which can be butter or coconut oil or ghee. Expert Tips

    • Make sure to store in fridge after demolding as it melts easily.
    • You can blend milk powder once to make it more smooth.

      Hi Sharmi

Does it remain hard on setting or will it become soft..
How long can it remain outside fridge..
I tried earlier with white chocolate compound and fresh cream.. it became gooey and soft when left out of fridge.

Thanks! I forgot to buy white chocolate chips for baking cookies. Spread this around a cookie pan and will break it up to use in recipe. Now I don’t have to go back to the store!
