    Ingredients

    • 1 and 1/2 cups mixed fruits
    • 1 cup tender coconut water

    Instructions

    • Measure and keep tender coconut water ready.
    • Clean and chop the fruits. I used mixed fruits like strawberry, kiwi, muskmelon, apple, grapes, pomegranate etc. You can use any of favorite fruits too. Take the fruits in a spoon.
    • Fill the popsicle mould with almost 3/4th of it. Then pour tender coconut water till little below the rim of the mould.
    • Cover with aluminium foil. Insert ice cream sticks.
    • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. I usually freeze overnight.
    • Show the bottom of the mould under running tap water, pull out the sticks gently and slowly. Enjoy Fruit Popsicle!

    Notes

    • The measurement of mixed fruits and tender coconut water can be altered according to taste and the size of the popsicle mould.
    • You can replace tender coconut water with lemon juice or any mild juice.
    • I just thought to cut grapes into 2 next time as I added it as such this time.Make sure to cut the fruits into small pieces.
    • If you freeze then try to insert the sticks, it will little difficult because of the fruits so insert and then freeze.
