    About Cucumber Kichadi

Cucumber Kichadi is a Kerala style raita made using cucumber, yogurt, coconut, herbs and spices. This dish is commonly known as Pachadi, but towards South Kerala this is called Kichadi. But there is a difference or variation between pachadi and kichadi in Kerala.

This cucumber kichadi is a part of the Onam Sadya or Kerala Sadya Menu. This is rich, creamy and yummy that can be paired up a meal or had as such too. The coconut in the grind paste is the highlight of this recipe. Do try and enjoy!
