    I wanted to try something easy and quick as I am busy leaving to hometown for vacation.This biscuit bon bons were a super hit with kids and of course elders too 🙂

    And should mention I am in so much love with how the pictures turned out to be as I love bokeh shots!

    Biscuit Bon Bons

    Biscuit Bon Bons are yummy, soft dessert made by shaping a blend of powdered biscuit, sugar, coco powder into balls and rolling it in melted chocolate.     Ingredients

    • 10-12 nos marie biscuit or any plain biscuit
    • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
    • ½ tablespoon coco powder
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • ¼ cup condensed milk
    • ¾ cup cooking chocolate you may not need fully

    Instructions

    • To a mixing bowl add powdered biscuits. Add cane sugar and cocoa powder to it.
    • Mix well using a spatula. Add honey and vanilla essence.
    • Add condensed milk to it and mix well. Make small balls. Keep it ready, set aside.
    • Boil water then place a bowl on it. The bowl should not touch water directly.
    • When it starts to turn gooey, Mix it and melt completely. Add the prepared biscuit balls to melted chocolate, using a fork roll over and coat well.
    • Remove and place on butter paper. Allow it to set in room temperature itself for 15 mins. It will get dried up and will be non sticky.
    • Enjoy the biscuit bon bons!

    How to make Biscuit Bon Bons

      Sharmi,
      When you say cooking chocolate, is it baking chocolate? I don't get anything as cooking chocolate in US.
      Also, can I use bitter sweet chocolate for this recipe?
      Pls suggest.

        yes here we call it cooking chocolate.baking and cooking chocolate are same.Yes you can use
