    ajwain potli

Ajwain potli, Oma pottalam is a homemade natural inhaler. This was first introduced to me by my neighbor when gugu was under weather when he was a baby. This potli is meant to be placed near the bed the baby sleeps the smell from the potli is soothing to inhale.I usually put it near him inside the cradle while he sleeps. Now I ask him to inhale every now and then , after he sleeps I place it near his face.

Yesterday when I was about to make it for gugu suddenly remembered that I had not posted it here as many of you requested to post home remedies for cold.

You can use this for babies, kids and elders too.
