Idli Poondu Chutney – Travel Food Recipes Idea 14

Idli Poondu Chutney

Today’s travel food menu is Idli, Poondu Chutney

Idli is always safe for travel as its steamed food gets digested easily, even for kids its best. This poondu chutney, I learnt from my SIL, I make this every now and then, it keeps for 3-4 days so is very handy during the weekday morning hours. This time I added kashmiri red chillies which gave a nice bright red color but was less spicy which I liked.
