Condensed milk at home – Yes!! you read it right. All these days I was thinking that they make condensed milk by thickening milk for hours together to reach the thick creamy consistency. But this recipe proved to be one of the easiest and quickest way to make condensed milk at home. Just 10 minutes and your homemade condensed milk is ready. That too with just 4 easily available ingredients in your pantry.

Mittu loves milkmaid and the homemade version came close to it so she enjoyed it to the core and is demanding me to make it often. Homemade is always handy and far better than the store bought ones with loaded preservatives. You can use it for any desserts or just mix with fruits and serve it for kids, they will sure enjoy.

Been making this recipe for years now, can’t thank you enough! 😊
Just wanted to know the shelf life if refrigerated. Have you tried beyond 1 week? Thanks in advance.
