This vanilla mug cake is one of the best moist mug cakes that I have ever made. This is one of the easiest mug cakes recipes with vanilla flavor and loads of sprinkles. Mittu is fond of anything vanilla so that is the only urge for me to make this. To my surprise it came out so moist and delicious that I fell in love with it too.

    Vanilla Mug Cake Ingredients

    • Flour – You can use either maida (all-purpose flour) or wheat flour for this recipe. I have tried with both and they work well.
    • Sweetener – Use granulated white sugar. You can use brown sugar for a healthy alternate.
    • Rising agent – Baking powder is used as a rising agent here.
    • Fat – Melted butter along with sugar gives a moistness to the cake. You can even replace butter with flavorless oil.
    • Vanilla extract – Vanilla extract is used to make the cake vanilla flavored.
    • Milk – Use boiled cooled down milk. Do not use hot milk.
