Broken Wheat Porridge Recipe for babies a filling food for babies.Broken wheat or cracked wheat or dalia is rich is calcium and is much needed for babies. You can start this porridge for babies from 8 months.

This porridge takes some time to prepare as broken wheat needs to be soaked and cooked.I didn’t get the fine broken wheat variety which needs no soaking. But this porridge is not only healthy but filling for babies and keep their little tummy full for long hours.
