- Raisins - I used good quality organic raisins for this remedy as they are safest for babies. Raisins give natural sweetness and gentle properties when soaked overnight, I prefer green raisins but black raisins also work equally well.
- Water - Used filtered or boiled and cooled water for soaking. Water absorb all goodness from raisins and become nourishing drink for babies, I usually use room temperature water for soaking.

How to make Raisin Water for Babies Step by Step
For babies after 6 months
1.Measure a tablespoon of raisins, add it to a bowl containing water. Rinse it well.

2.Rinse well and discard the water. Now transfer rinsed dry grapes to a bowl.

3.Add 1 tablespoon water to it. Soak it overnight.

4.Next day it would have bulged. Now squeeze the grapes well with your fingers.

5.Now transfer it to a strainer along with water and strain it.Press well to extract the juice completely. Discard the raisins and feed raisins water to babies as first food in the morning. You can give 1 to 2 teaspoon of juice and gradually increase the quantity.

For babies after 1 year
1.Follow steps 1,2,3 then transfer soaked raisins along with the water, pulse it well.Transfer this to a strainer.

2.Press well to extract juice completely. Discard the raisins and feed the juice alone.You can give 1 to 2 teaspoon of juice and gradually increase the quantity.

For older kids after 2 years just rinse and give the dry grapes they can chew and eat it.Feed in empty stomach.
