    ragi ladoo recipe

I had this Ragi Ladoo Recipe in mind for a long time but somehow was getting missed so this year I made sure to include in my to try list of diwali sweets.

I tried this finger millet laddu using cane sugar, but you can very well replace it with jaggery too.

Hope you liked the array of diwali sweets and snacks I posted this year.

    Notes

    • Cool down the mixture then add cane sugar. If you add sugar to hot mixture it will turn gooey. When its warm you can add it.
    • You can add any sweetener of your choice - powdered white sugar or jaggery or cane sugar as I have done.
    • You may not need 1/4 cup fully for shaping the laddus you can minus 1-2 tablespoon even then it will hold together and get shaped well but adding 1/4 cup gives great flavour to the ladoos.

If the flour is not roasted well then it may give raw smell.
