Banana peanut butter popsicle recipe healthy breakfast popsicle you can try.This is one of the popsicles I tried a month back, it was creamy and yummy.I am not fond of bananas but still the flavour of these popsicles was mild and tasty that even kids who are not fond of banana will enjoy it.

Banana peanut butter popsicle recipe

Banana peanut butter popsicle recipe with the goodness of banana and peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup milk(boiled and cooled)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar - take curd,milk and banana.Add brown sugar to it.
  • Add peanut butter and blend until smooth and creamy.Take your favorite popsicle mould.
  • Pour into popsicle mould leaving 1 cm on top.Close with lid.
  • Freeze for atleast 6-8 hrs.Then show the bottom part in running tap water and then remove the popsicles carefully.Serve!
  • Serve immediately!

Notes

  • You can use chunky or creamy peanut butter as you like.
  • You can add a tsp of coco powder if you like chocolate flavour.
