Garlic Milk is flavored with garlic and sweetened with palm sugar candy. This garlic milk can be a remedy for many health issues. It is said to lower cholesterol when had before bedtime, can increase your breastmilk supply.Garlic is considered to be one of the best for milk supply and given daily to lactating mothers.

I used to have this while feeding both the kids.Amma used to give this garlic milk or fry garlic in ghee and give.Either ways its good but giving garlic milk or poondu paal is more beneficiary for lactating mothers as milk is also there.

One of the best recipes suggested for lactating mothers.
I’ve personally tried & tested this recipe when I was a new mom.
      Very effective and tasty too..
Wish to pass it on to my daughter who has just had a baby..
      Thank you so much.

Thanks for posting the recipe. Does the garlic not cause bad smell after ingesting the milk ?
