    Fudge brownies is a classic brownie which is so fudgy chewy and delicious. LEt us learnt o make Fudge brownies with video and stepwise pictures.

    I always wanted to try a classic brownie recipe to enjoy a perfect crust on top with a fudge inside and yes I did it.Do try it and enjoy your brownies at home!

    I referred this recipe from here.I slightly altered the recipe with measures also I used wheat flour.The brownies came out so so good and as the name it was so fudgy with crusty top exactly the way I wanted it to be.

    Kids loved it so much.Even amma who is not fond of brownies wanted a second serving, happy me !!

    Fudge brownies recipe

    Fudge brownies is a classic brownie which is so fudgy chewy and delicious. LEt us learnt o make Fudge brownies with video and stepwise pictures.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup flour
    • 3/4 cup cooking chocolate
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 nos eggs
    • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
    • a pinch salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Instructions

    • To a sauce pan add water let it boil , place a heat proof bowl over it (should not touch the water).Add cooking chocolate and butter melt it completely. Set aside to cool. Once completely cool add sugar.
    • Mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Add an egg mix well. Preheat oven at 175 deg C for 10 mins.
    • Likewise add all 3 eggs mix well. Add coco powder and salt. Whisk well. Add wheat flour(half of it).
    • Whisk well then add other half flour and mix well. transfer to a cake tray with butter paper lined. Bake in preheated oven at 175 deg C for 20-25 mins. Mine took 25 mins to bake.
    • Cool down completely then cut into squares and serve. Fudgy brownies ready!
    • Serve Fudge Brownies with chocolate sauce / vanilla ice cream.

    Notes

    • Check after 20 mins then decide to bake more.The timing depends on the batter and pan size so bake accordingly.
    • I used regular sugar but I recommend using fine sugar or just pulse regular sugar and add it.
    • I used morde cooking milk chocolate henace the lighter shade.But if you have dark chocolate then add that.
