Fennel Powder quick to make and is soo flavourful. We use fennel seeds powder in many south indian dishes like biryani, curry, gravy and nonveg etc. I love the flavour of fennel seed soo much. I always have jeera powder and fennel seeds powder in stock but everytime I miss to click so this time made up my mind to click all the homemade powders I make in a row so more posts coming up.

Fennel Powder | Saunf Powder
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fennel seeds / sombu
Instructions
- Measure and take fennel seeds in a kadai dry roast for 5 mins in low flame until color slightly changes to golden. Switch off and cool down completely.
- Transfer to mixer jar, grind to a fine powder.
- Spread in a plate cool for sometime and then store.
- Store Fennel Powder in a clean dry container.
