    Jelly Milkshake

    Jelly Milkshake is a creamy & wonderful smoothie made by blending jelly with milk & sugar. Jelly Milkshake is a good choice of beverage for those who do not prefer fruit shakes.

    Ingredients

    For jelly:

    • 1 and 1/2 cups + 1/2 cup water
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 tbsp rose syrup
    • few drops red food color
    • 5 gms agar agar / china grass

    For milkshake:

    • 1 cup milk boiled, cooled
    • 1 cup frozen milk
    • 2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp condensed milk
    • 1/2 cup jelly

    Instructions

    • Take 1 and 1/2 cups of water in a mixing bowl. Add rose syrup and pink food color. Mix well.
    • Now add sugar, whisk it well until sugar completely dissolves, Set aside. In another bowl, cut agar agar into small bits.
    • Rinse it once then add 1/2 cup and let it to boil. Boil until you see the strands completely dissolved.
    • Strain to the bowl containing rose water mixture. Mix it well with whisk.
    • Pour it in the tray/bowl where you want to set the jelly .Leave it undisturbed for 30mins. No need to keep in fridge it will set well in room temperature itself. Cut and use it.
    • Take milk a mixer jar, add sugar, condensed milk to it.
    • Add frozen milk  along with jelly. Blend until smooth and creamy!
    • Serve Jelly Milkshake chilled!
