Take 100 grams breast chicken cubed into small pieces in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon pepper powder, ½ teaspoon red chilli powder and salt to taste.
Mix it well and set aside.
Boil around 4 cups water in a sauce pan. Add salt to taste, few drops of oil.
Add 1 cup penne pasta.
Mix it well and let it cook in medium flame.
Cook till fork tender.
Transfer to a strainer, rinse with cold water to stop further cooking - Set aside.
Heat 1 ½ tablespoon oil - add 1 tablespoon garlic finely chopped, saute until golden.
Add 2 tablespoon spring onion stem and saute for a minute.
Add marinated chicken.
Saute for few minutes until it turns soft and gets cooked. Chicken bread cooks faster and takes just 3-5 minutes to cook.
Add 3 tablespoon thick pasta sauce along with ½ cup water. Give a quick mix.
Mix well and add 1 teaspoon paprika and 1 teaspoon mixed herbs. Adjust water according to the thickness of the pasta sauce. Give a quick mix and simmer for a minute.
Add 2 tablespoon fresh cream. Add salt to taste.
Mix well then add cooked pasta.
Give a quick mix until the sauce coats the pasta completely. Finally add 2 tablespoon spring onion, give a quick mix and switch off.
Serve hot!
