Orange Juice aids in glowing skin & keeps us cool. I loved the bright orange color and the taste too, oranges give a nice tanginess to the juice so don’t miss to try this juice.

    About Orange Juice

Orange juice is a great juice made by extracting the juice from oranges and adding sugar to it. Orange Juice is one of the popular juices that is a widely consumed and versatile drink that can have many variations.

Orange Juice be enjoyed on its own or used as an ingredient in various recipes. Enjoying fresh juices as such not only tastes delicious but has the full goodness of the fruit. This way we can attain most nutrients from the fruit as each sip of orange juice is packed with nutrients rich in vitamin C and fiber.

Orange Juice is so versatile – You can make it thick without adding water if you prefer or add ice cubes to make it runny. Add sugar or any sweetener if you prefer else just skip it and enjoy the whole goodness of oranges.

Orange juice is a good source of vitamin C helps to build immunity, aids in skin glow and overall well-being. Orange juice is known for its refreshing taste and can be made with a lot of variations.

Type of oranges to choose : Oranges comes in several different varieties, including blood orange, tangerine, valencia orange, clementine, and navel oranges. Sore bought packed orange juice loses its nutrients as it is not fresh also added with added colors and preservatives.

This juice is best to quench your thirst. Homemade orange juice is the best and cannot be compared with bottled drinks that is easily available in shops. The choice of oranges can be based on the availability in your location or your personal likes and taste. Navel oranges are best suited for juicing option.

    Orange Juice – 2 ways

I have shared 2 methods of making orange juice

    • Without using mixer – This is the most common method used by everyone. You just need a manual juicer to extract juice. Just slice an orange into half and start squeezing to extract juice from it.
    • Using mixer – Collect the orange pulp, discarding the seeds. Add to a mixer jar along with sugar or without sugar then blend it just few times. Pour to a strainer and press to extract juice completely.
