    hello sharmi, as i am a beginner in cooking, i check out for recipes in your site. Besides i was thinking that you are an Andhraite, so i did not try out much of your recipes. But today i came to know that you are from Coimbatore :)), basically i am from coimbatore and live in hyderabad. I am going to explore your recipes from now on.     Hi Sharmi… I have been following your blog since quite some time now and must say I have a huge addiction to your blog. The recipes are simple and neatly explained.

    I have tried most of the pastas and eggless bakes recipes. All of them have now become regular in my cooking.

    hi ,
    i m ving an electric tandoor . tried to make naan . when rolled thin it doesnt raise well, also sooo rubbery to chew. when rolled thick , raises well like poori , but this too s rubbery to chew. plz help to make softer and delicious naan in electric tandoor. i added yeast , but only hot water for fermenting , doesnt added sugar .

    Hi Sharmi.. Can you please post "Nellikkai Masala Dosai". I have seen this in Menu of Anandha's hotel in CBE. But I did not get a chance to taste it. As Amala is very good for health, I want to learn that.
