Mango watermelon kiwi popsicle recipe

Mango watermelon kiwi popsicle recipe with step by step photos. I always wanted to try layered popsicles and my wish came true after trying out this.It is a bit of work as we need to pour each layer then freeze then again pour it but seeing the end result I was like yes it is worth trying!

Mango watermelon kiwi popsicle recipe is very healthy with just fruit purees with no added sweetners. If you are popsicle lover, am sure you have to try this 3 layer fruit popsicles. It is a no cook version too so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup watermelon chopped roughly
  • 1/2 cup mangoes chopped roughly
  • 1 no kiwi fruit

Instructions

  • First take watermelon in a mixer jar and blend it well,Set aside. Now take kiwi fruit.
  • Trim the edges, peel the skin then slice them. Now take chopped mangoes in the mixer jar.
  • Puree it.Now take kiwi slices in mixer jar and puree it.Now all the 3 fruit purees are ready,
  • First add mango puree till 1/4 of the popsicle mould, wrap with foil and freeze it for an hour. The mango layer should be firm to touch now add watermelon juice.
  • Again wrap with foil and freeze atleast for 2hours.Finally take kiwi puree.
  • Add it.Wrap again with foil and freeze for atleast 4-6 hrs. Then show the bottom part of the popsicle mould in running tap water and then remove the popsicles carefully.Serve!

Notes

  • I did not add any sweetner as we liked the natural sweetness of the fruit.
  • I would suggest to add sweetner only for the kiwi layer if you prefer as it was a bit sour.
  • The layers are upto your preference, if you like mango more add that layer a bit more and likewise.

You can use paper cups…in that case use aluminium foil to wrap and cover then insert icecream stick once it is half frozen
