    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup watermelon chopped roughly
    • 1/2 cup mangoes chopped roughly
    • 1 no kiwi fruit

    Instructions

    • First take watermelon in a mixer jar and blend it well, set aside.
    • Now take kiwi fruit. Trim the edges, peel the skin then slice them.
    • Now take chopped mangoes in the mixer jar. Puree it.
    • Now take kiwi slices in mixer jar and puree it. Now all the 3 fruit purees are ready,
    • First add mango puree till 1/4 of the popsicle mould, wrap with foil and freeze it for an hour.
    • The mango layer should be firm to touch now add watermelon juice. Again wrap with foil and freeze at least for 2hours.
    • Finally take kiwi puree. Add it.
    • Wrap again with foil and freeze for at least 4-6 hrs.
    • Then show the bottom part of the popsicle mould in running tap water and then remove the popsicles carefully. Serve popsicle immediately!

    Notes

    • I did not add any sweetener as we liked the natural sweetness of the fruit.
    • I would suggest to add sweetener only for the kiwi layer if you prefer as it was a bit sour.
    • The layers are up to your preference, if you like mango more add that layer a bit more and likewise.

You can use paper cups…in that case use aluminium foil to wrap and cover then insert icecream stick once it is half frozen
