Mango Chia Pudding is a chill, yummy dessert made by blending chia seeds with milk & mango pulp and chilled. Mango Chia Pudding is a treat for the family after lunch meal and during summer holidays.
Mango Chia Pudding is a healthy and tasty pudding that you can enjoy when mangoes are in season.Even before I bought chia seeds, I had few recipes in mind and this Mango Chia Pudding was one among them.As mangoes are in season you can try this guiltfree mango chia pudding and enjoy.I was so happy when I saw even mittu enjoying it.
You can replace with milk with almond milk or coconut milk too.

Mango Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seed
- 1 and 1/2 cups milk You can replace it with almond or coconut milk too
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 medium sized mango skin peeled and chopped
Instructions
- Take milk in a sauce pan, boil it and simmer for 5 mins. Cool down for a while.
- To a mixing bowl add chia seeds. Add milk and honey to it.
- Add vanilla essence. Mix well.
- Chop the mangoes reserve little and set aside for garnishing.
- Meanwhile chill the milk and let the chia seeds bloom. Set aside at least for 2 hours.
- You can soak in milk overnight also. Now it becomes thick.
- Take your serving glasses, add 2 tbsp of chopped mangoes in each glass.
- Add the chia milk mixture till 3/4th of the glass. Finally garnish with remaining chopped mangoes.
- Serve Mango Chia Pudding chilled!
Notes

- You can soak the chia seeds overnight too.
- You can replace honey with maple syrup too.
