Good one, for a long time I wonder what is cake flour…. I thought may be for maida they use this term, now u clarified that doubt. Very easy and nice to know new thing.
      # Whether we can do the same with wheat flour? Is it possible? Just an idea to reduce maida, any other flour can be replaced

        Sorry for asking again Sharmilee
If a particular recipe uses 1 cup APF then can we use this(above mentioned) home made cake flour (1 cup) instead of that particular recipe's 1 cup APF?

No cake flour is different from all purpose flour. All purpose flour is just plain flour(maida) as I believe so cant be replaced for cake flour

Hello, Are you using cornflour or cornstarch for the cake flour ? Most of the cake flour recipes that I have read say use cornstarch. Could you please clarify.
