    About Bubble Tea

Bubble Tea is made by combining tea decoction with milk, icecubes, sugar syrup and chewy tapioca pearls called as boba or bubble. Bubble Tea can be made with or without milk as per our preference.

The oldest traditional Bubble Tea had a mixture of hot black tea, sugar syrup, condensed milk and tapioca pearls. But nowadays it is served cold with icecubes.

Though it is popular for tea varieties some cafe shops serve Coffee Boba too. Most Taiwanese bubble tea shops serve the drink in a plastic cup and use a machine to seal the top of the cup. As the top is sealed the tea can be easily shaken before drinking. A big mouthed straw is given along with this tea for the boba pearls which is pierced to open the seal and the straw is big enough for the bubble to easily pass through it while drinking.

Bubble Tea comes in different flavours : Mango Boba Team, Strawberry Bubble Tea, Matcha Tea etc.

Use fresh thick full fat milk else the drink will be become very watery. Always boil the milk chill it then use it.
There are many ways to cook boba like in the pack it said to cook just 5-6 mins then set aside for an hour then use it. But this method of cooking it for 20 mins is perfect as we get chewy yet slightly soft boba.
