Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 nos eggs
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheese grated
  • 2 nos green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Get ready with all your ingredients, chopped and ready. Crack open 2 eggs add salt and pepper.
  • Whisk it well then add onion capsicum and chopped green chillies. Mix it and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan add the egg, cook until golden, flip over and cook. Now take your bread slices.
  • Spread mayo on it, place the omellete on it.
  • Sprinkle little cheese, drizzle tomato sauce.
  • Meanwhile heat your sandwich maker, brush it with butter. Close with another slice of bread.
  • Grill the Egg Omelet Sandwich until golden , cut diagonally and serve hot!
