Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon garlic, ½ teaspoon spring onions white part. Give a quick saute until slightly golden.
Add ½ cup onion sliced, saute until transparent.
Add ½ cup carrot, ½ cup cabbage.
Saute for a minute then add ¼ cup capsicum.
Saute in medium high flame for 2 minutes. When the veggies start to shrink stop sauteing. Add ½ teaspoon soya sauce, 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce.
Add 1 teaspoon chili sauce, ¼ teaspoon rice vinegar, ½ teaspoon pepper, salt to taste. Give a quick saute.
Finally add 2 tablespoon spring onion and give a quick mix. Schezwan dosa stuffing is ready.
Add little water to the idli batter if its too thick.Take 2 ladles of idli batter.
