Boil water and add pasta cook until soft yet crunchy to bite. Drain water and set aside.
In a bowl add maida,pepper and chilli flakes and mix well – set aside.
Heat butter in a pan, add maida mixture and roast for a minute.
Then add milk little by little and whisk it so that no lumps are formed.
Keep stirring in low flame(use a whisk for this) to avoid lumps, in few minutes it will form a slightly thick creamy smooth sauce.
At this stage add cheese spread, cheddar cheese and give a quick stir.
Once cheese is melted add the cooked pasta, mix once and switch it off immediately.For stove top method stop at this stage.
Serve with toasted breadcrumbs(toast breadcrumbs in 1/2 tsp butter till golden brown) on top and serve hot.
