Ingredients

  • 1 long ripe banana sliced
  • 1 cup milk boiled, cooled and chilled
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar add 1 long banana sliced.
  • Add 1 tablespoon sugar. Adjust according to the sweetness of the banana.
  • Add 1 cup milk (boiled, cooled and chilled)
  • Add 3 small scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence.
  • Blend until smooth and pour into serving glass.
  • Top it up with whipped cream.
  • Serve with a banana slice and straw. Enjoy!

Notes

  • There are lot of variations to this  milkshake - You can add caramel sauce or peanut butter. For a chocolate flavor add nutella  or coco powder.
  • You can even add 4-6 almonds soaked and skin removed.
  • You can either use fresh or frozen banana.
  • Serve chilled and fresh always.
  • Adding ice cubes will turn milkshakes watery so do not add them.You can add frozen banana or frozen milk instead.
