Bakery style vanilla muffins recipe a well puffed up soft and spogy muffins made with wheat flour.

  • 1 and 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp leveled baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp leveled baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 no egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. To a mixing bowl - add wheat flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt to it.
  2. Whisk it well for even mixing.To another bowl add melted butter, add sugar to it.
  3. Add egg to it and beat until fluffy.
  4. Add milk and vanilla essence to it.Beat it once again.
  5. Now add this mixture to flour mixture.Whisk it.
  6. Do not over beat , once it gets together stop it.Gather it and set aside.Line muffin liners in a muffin pan.Preheat oven at 180 deg C.
  7. Using an icecream scooper scoop out and add to liner till 3/4th as it rises well.Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 20 mins or a tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  8. Serve chilled!
