To 2 cups milk(boiled) add ¼ cup condensed milk.
Mix this well first and set aside.
This is done OFF THE STOVE - To a sauce pan add ¾ cup water.
Add 2 teaspoon agar agar powder. If using agar agar strands then 1 cup water with 5 grams agar agar strands.
Whisk it well.
SWITCH ON THE STOVE - Place the sauce pan and let it boil.
Add ½ cup sugar to it once it starts to boil.
Whisk it well until sugar completely dissolves.
Add milk + condensed milk mixture which has 2 cups milk with ¼ cup condensed milk.
Add ¼ teaspoon rose milk extract.
Whisk it well for even mixing.
Transfer this to a strainer. Discard the remains.
Add in pudding molds.
I poured the remaining in a glass tray. Set in fridge for minimum 1 hour.
Carefully invert to demold.
Cut into small squares.
Remove gently and store in fridge.
For bigger molds, run a knife at the edge.
Invert to demold.
Puddings are demolded beautifully.
