Ingredients
1 and ½ cups thick curd
¼cupmilk
¼cupsugar
¼teaspoonrose milk essence
1teaspoonrose wateroptional
Instructions
To a mixer jar add 1 and ½ cups chilled thick curd.
Add ¼ cup milk. Use boiled, chilled milk.
Add ¼ cup sugar.
Add ¼ teaspoon rose milk essence.
Add 1 teaspoon rose water. This is optional but adds more flavor.
All ingredients added and ready to blend. You can add few ice cubes if you like.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Rose lassi is ready!
Pour into serving glass.
Garnish with chopped pistachios.

Notes
You can add ice cubes while serving or add it while blending too.
If you use rose syrup add ¼ cup and add very little sugar only if needed.
Add malai while serving to make it more rich.
You can add a pinch of cardamom powder too. You can even replace rose syrup with rooh afza.
Add nuts for garnish. I used chopped pistachios, you can use almonds too.
