Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tsp coco powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp dark choco chips
  • 1/8 cup unsweetened khoya

Instructions

  • Take milk in a sauce pan, boil it then simmer for 5 mins.
  • To a bowl add coco powder and cornflour.Add sugar and milk.
  • Mix well with a spoon without any lumps.Now add it to the boiled milk..
  • Add khoya(unsweetened) and choco chips.
  • Cook until the mixture turns creamy and coats the laddle as shown.Cool down completely then pour into kulfi moulds.
  • Wrap and cover with foil, freeze it.After 2 hours insert icecream stick and freeze overnight or atleast 6 to 8 hours.Then while serving time, show the mould under running tap water or dip it in a bowl containing water.Carefully pull out the kulfis.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • I used homemade instant khoya.
  • Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
