Take milk in a sauce pan, boil it then simmer for 5 mins.
To a bowl add coco powder and cornflour.Add sugar and milk.
Mix well with a spoon without any lumps.Now add it to the boiled milk..
Add khoya(unsweetened) and choco chips.
Cook until the mixture turns creamy and coats the laddle as shown.Cool down completely then pour into kulfi moulds.
Wrap and cover with foil, freeze it.After 2 hours insert icecream stick and freeze overnight or atleast 6 to 8 hours.Then while serving time, show the mould under running tap water or dip it in a bowl containing water.Carefully pull out the kulfis.
Serve immediately.
