Carrot laddu recipe

Carrot laddu recipe with condensed milk.

  • Heat 1/2 tbsp ghee, add grated carrot and saute in low flame.
  • Keep sauteing until it shrinks and raw smell leaves.It will take atleast 10 mins in low flame.Now add condensed milk.
  • Keep cooking in low flame until it turns into a sticky mass.
  • Add remaining ghee and keep cooking until it forms a thick mixture.Switch off and let it warm for a while.
  • Shape them into small ladoos and dip each ladoo into the nuts mixture.Arrange them in small cupcake liners and serve.


  • Make sure to saute the carrot well before adding condensed milk
  • You can add cardamom powder for flavour, I didn't add.
  • These ladoos keeps well in room temperature for a day and for atleast 3 days if refrigerated.
