  • To a mixer jar add cookies.
  • Blend to a slightly crumbly texture as shown here.
  • Now add melted butter to it.
  • After that add condensed milk to it.
  • Blend again together with butter and condensed milk so that it forms a dough like this.

  • Next, shape them into small balls. We are halfway through the making of cookie truffle!
  • Likewise repeat to finish. Shape them into balls and place on a try lined with parchement paper. Keep in fridge for 30 mins. While shaping itself the kids gobbles 2 balls as they couldnt wait for the cookies truffles to get ready.
  • Before starting chop chocolate roughly so that melting is easier. Using double boiler method melt chocolate. First place a sauce pan with water let it boil, now simmer then place a heat resistant bowl over it. Add white chocolate to the bowl and switch off flame. Set aside undisturbed for 3-5 mins.
  • Use a whisk and mix it well. It will melt easily.Remove.
  • Remove the balls from the fridge and keep it ready.
  • Take each ball and dip inside the melted chocolate. If you keep mixing, the balls will start to crumble therefore work fast. Just roll over to coat.
  • Lastly coat well using a fork. Dip fast and otherwise it will start setting. Similarly make all the cookie truffles ready!
  • Finally place it on a parchement paper. Likewise repeat to finish.
  • When the cookie truffle is about to set, add the sprinkles. Likewise repeat to finish.
  • All set and ready to gobble the Christmas cookie truffles!
