  • Boil water add fresh corn kernels to it.
  • Let it cook for 10-12 mins. You can taste check to see if its cooked. Once cooked switch off.
  • Drain it (You can use drained corn cooked as stock for soups or curries).To a bowl add corn add butter, peri peri, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
  • Serve Peri Peri Corn hot!
