Ingredients

  • 2 cups pori
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon carrot
  • 1/4 cup raw mango
  • 1/2 cup raw onion
  • 1/4 cup tomato
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • salt as needed

Instructions

  • Get all your ingredients ready.For peanuts : Soak for 3 hours and pressure cook for 3 whistles in high flame.Add it one by one.
  • Squeeze lemon juice finally garnish with coriander leaves and mix well.
  • SErve immediately.

  • If you have cucumber add it.We are not fond of it in kara pori so skipped it.
  • Feel free to plus or minus ingredients according to your liking.
