Piyush is a natural, yummy drink made by blending curd, milk, flavours, shrikand & sugar and served chilled. Piyush is flavourful, soothing delight for the summer and a rich choice for welcome drink, parties& family time. Piyush is a must try at home for the joy of tasting!

1 cup curd 1 cup milk boiled and cooled 1 cup shrikhand a pinch saffron 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder a pinch nutmeg powder 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
To a mixing bowl add curd, then add milk and shrikhand (I used store bought).
Add cardamom powder, saffron strands and nutmeg powder along with required sugar.
Using a hand blender blend well until smooth and creamy. Finally garnish with chopped pistachios and enjoy!
Serve Piyush chilled!
