Iced mango lollipop recipe
Iced mango lollipop recipe a tasty summer treat for kids.
Servings 15 lollies
- 1/2 cup mangoes roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup milk boiled & cooled
- 2 tbsp sugar
To a mixer jar - add mangoes along with sugar, puree it.Now add milk.
Blend well.Take your mould.You can use icecube tray too like I have done here.I had this lollipop mould bought long time ago.
Fill in the mixture.Keep the stick.
I had more puree so filled it in my chocolate mould too.Wrap with silver foil.Freeze for atleast 6 hours or oevernight.
I freezed overnight.Next day gently press and lift the lollipops, as its silicon mould it was very easy to demould.Mango lollipop is ready!
