Ingredients
1cupthick curd
2.5 cupschill water
½teaspoonjeera
1green chillifinely chopped
1teaspoonginger finely chopped
1tablespooncoriander leaves finely chopped
salt to taste
To temper:
½teaspoonoil
½teaspoonmustard seeds
1tablespooncurry leavesfinely chopped
1tiny pinchhing
Instructions
To a mixing bowl - add curd, then water. Churn it well until its frothy. I used my mathu to do this, you can use a whisk too.
Add jeera,chopped green chillies and ginger.
Add required salt and coriander leaves.Heat oil in a pan - add the items listed under 'to temper', let it temper.
Add the tadka to the buttermilk. Mix well and serve Neer Mor.

Notes
Neer more is watery as the name calls. May be you can adjust quantity of water as per your liking.
You can refrigerate the buttermilk after it is prepared.
You can add raw curry leaves too instead of adding it while tempering.
You can blend all the ingredients along with curd and water in blender or mixer. Rest for few mins then strain and serve it too.
Add raw cumin seeds or use it for tadka along with other ingredients.
