Notes
Use Lukewarm Water - Don’t use hot water. It kills the yeast. Use only warm water.
Don’t Skip The Resting Time - Letting the dough rise gives it that soft, airy texture and better flavor.
Oil Your Hands Before Kneading - Oiling hands before kneading helps from sticking and makes kneading smoother.
Cover The Dough Properly - Important to use damp cloth or cling wrap so the dough doesn’t dry out while rising.
Dust With Flour Sparingly - Don’t use too much of dry flour. It can make your crust dry.
Preheat Your Oven - A hot oven helps the pizza cook evenly and gives that perfect golden crust.
Don’t Skip Resting Time - Letting the dough rise gives it that soft, airy texture and better flavor.
