It’s made with thick curd, sugar, cocoa powder, and dark chocolate, this lassi is a fun twist to the classic one. It’s smooth, slightly tangy from the curd, and blends beautifully with the sweetness of sugar and the deep flavor of chocolate.

2 cups thick chilled curd 2 tablespoon cocoa powder ¼ cup condensed milk 2 tablespoon dark chocolate 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
To a mixer jar add 2 cups thick chilled curd, 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, ¼ cup condensed milk, 2 tablespoon dark chocolate, 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Chocolate lassi is ready!
Pour into serving glass.
Sprinkle chocolate shavings.
Serve chilled!
Chilling – Always use cold, thick curd to get the best texture and taste. You can even chill your glasses before serving.
Melting – While melting chocolate, don’t let the bowl touch the hot water directly. This prevents burning and helps melt it gently.
Adjust sweetness – Taste the mixture before blending and adjust the sugar according to how sweet you want.
Don’t over-blend – Blend just until smooth and frothy. Don’t over-blend as it can make the curd too runny.
For chunky bits – If you enjoy chocolate chunks, melt only partially. If you prefer it smooth, melt until saucy.
