Biscoff Milkshake Recipe

Biscoff Milkshake is a rich creamy drink made using milk, biscoff biscuits, vanilla ice cream and biscoff spread. It has deep caramel flavour with mild cinnamon spiced taste from the biscuits. This milkshake is absolutely delicious as it is cafe style recipe that can be made in under 10 minutes. Every sip has creamy texture and biscuit flavour that blends really well which makes it highly popular in cafe shops and restaurants.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • 1 tablespoon biscoff spread (extra for topping)
  • 4 biscoff biscuits
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar add 1 cup chilled milk.
  • Add 2 scoops vanilla ice cream.
  • Add 4 biscoff biscuits.
  • Add 1 heaped tablespoon biscoff spread. I used homemade spread.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into serving glass.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle crushed biscoff biscuits and add a biscuit on top.
  • Serve chilled!

Notes

  • Milk – I use chilled milk because it keeps the milkshake cold without needing extra ice cubes.
  • Blend well – I blend everything until smooth and frothy and it gives good texture and do not over blend.
  • Adjust thickness – You can add extra ice cream if you want thicker milkshake. I have noticed more biscuits also makes the shake thick and creamy.
  • Garnish – I prefer adding whipped cream and biscuit crumbs just before serving. This keeps topping fresh and gives better texture.
  • Sweetness level – Biscoff spread and biscuits already has sweetness so taste before adding anything extra. Most times it does not need additional sweetener as the spread and biscuits are more sweet.
