Ingredients

  • 60 ml espresso shots
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup biscoff spread

Instructions

  • I brewed coffee using moka pot.
  • Mix it well, switch off flame.
  • We want 60 ml espresso for this recipe. You can make 2 servings of biscoff late using this measure.
  • Add ¼ cup biscoff spread.
  • Add prepared espresso.
  • Mix it well and set aside.
  • Take 2 biscoff biscuits.
  • Crush it roughly and set aside.
  • To a sauce pan add 2 cups milk. When it starts to bubble at the sides switch off.
  • Remove from flame and froth the milk. I used a frother to froth the milk, you can use a curved ladle to pour milk to and forth to make foam like this.
  • Now to a serving glass add half of prepared espresso biscoff spread mixture.
  • Add around 1 cup hot milk.
  • Add froth on top
  • Add crushed biscuits on top.
  • Serve hot!

Notes

  • Steaming milk - Do not boil milk, just let steam come out. When it just starts to bubble at the sides switch off.
  • Mixing - Mix the spread with espresso well so that it blends completely.
  • Mug - Warm your mug with first rinsing it with hot water so that the served latte remains hot for a while.
  • Additions - You can add a dash of vanilla extract, cinnamon powder if you want more punch.
  • Vegan option - Just replace dairy milk with almond milk or oats milk to make it vegan. Topping - You can top it with whipped cream and a drizzle of biscoff spread too.
