I brewed coffee using moka pot.
Mix it well, switch off flame.
We want 60 ml espresso for this recipe. You can make 2 servings of biscoff late using this measure.
Add ¼ cup biscoff spread.
Add prepared espresso.
Mix it well and set aside.
Take 2 biscoff biscuits.
Crush it roughly and set aside.
To a sauce pan add 2 cups milk. When it starts to bubble at the sides switch off.
Remove from flame and froth the milk. I used a frother to froth the milk, you can use a curved ladle to pour milk to and forth to make foam like this.
Now to a serving glass add half of prepared espresso biscoff spread mixture.
Add around 1 cup hot milk.
Add froth on top
Add crushed biscuits on top.
Serve hot!
