- 1 cup potato
- ¾ cup carrot
- ¼ cup green peas
- ½ cup cauliflower

For the white sauce:
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- ½ teaspoon pepper crushed
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
- salt to taste
