Notes
Crush Ajwain– I always crush ajwain in palm before roasting. This help release the property and make water more effective.
Roasting – I roast for one minute on low flame, not too much. Roasting helps to activate the property but over roasting can make it bitter.
Boil until half – I let it boil till mixture reduces to half. This takes about 10 minutes.
Press while strain – I always press the ajwain pod well when straining so all juice extract completely. This make water more effective.
Use warm, not hot – I serve it warm for baby, not very hot. Check temperature with your finger before give to baby to make sure it safe.
Make fresh every time – I always make fresh batch because it loose property if store. Never store and use later, make only when you need.
