Prune energy bars recipe, no bake and easy to make.
Measure and add oats to a pan, dry roast for 5 mins in low flame without burning it.
Now take out the prunes and chop it finely.
Measure and add it to the bowl, add roasted oats.Add chopped walnuts reserving a tbsp alone.
Mix it well.Now add honey.
Add vanilla essence.Mix it well.Lay parchment paper to a baking tin and make it ready.
Transfer the prunes mixture to it, level the top with a flat spatula.Then add walnuts.
Again level it.
Refrigerate for 15 mins just to get firm bars.Cut into bars and enjoy!
Store in a clean container and serve as a snack!
