Ingredients
1medium sized apple chopped roughly after peeling the skin
To a mixer jar add 1 apple(skin peeled and de-seeded) along with 2 tablespoon rolled oats.
Add 1 and 1/4 cups milk(boiled and cooled).
Add 1/4 cup yogurt.
Add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder along with 3 tablespoon honey.
Add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Blend well until smooth and creamy.
Apple Smoothie is ready!
The consistency is creamy and slightly thick.
Pour into serving glass and serve!
Consume and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Rinse apples well and peel the skin as there might wax coating on the skin.
You can soak 4 almonds or cashews in milk and add it. Adding nuts makes the smoothie more creamy and thick.
To avoid apples from browning as soon as you cut the apples soak in water with a pinch of salt.
You can try other flavors like butter scotch or add peanut butter to this smoothie for a variation.
To make it vegan add almond or oats milk and skip yogurt.
