Fig Milkshake

Fig Milkshake is a yummy, delicious drink made by blending figs with honey, milk & sugar. Fig Milkshake is a rich, healthy drink that could be made in minutes and tastier than eating fig as a dry fruit. Fig Milkshake Recipe is explained in this post with step by step pictures.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla icecream
  • 4 figs
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar optional

Instructions

  • Soak figs in hot water for at least 30mins for making them soft. Then discard the water and chop the figs finely.
  • In a mixer add milk then honey, sugar.
  • Then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, chopped figs and blend it to a smooth thick and creamy milkshake.
  • Serve Fig Milkshake chilled!

Notes

  • You can skip sugar and add more honey if you prefer more sweetness.
  • Soaking figs in hot water makes them soft to blend easily with the milkshake.
  • You can add 1/4 cup banana for this shake to make it super healthy.
