To a mixing bowl add maida.
Add baking powder and baking soda to it.
Mix it well and set aside.
To a mixer jar add sugar.
Add oil.Any neutral tasting cooking oil will be good.
Add bournvita or any chocolate powder.
Pulse it until well blended.
Add this to a mixing bowl.
Add flour mixture.Add 1/2 cup water.
.Mix well to form a runny batter.
Batter ready. Use a icecream scooper to scoop out the batter.
Line cupcake liners and fill the batter till 3/4th.
.Bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 20 mins or until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.Let the cupcakes cool on a wirerack.
While the cupcakes are cooling lets prepare the frosting.To begin with first add frozen whipping cream to a mixing bowl.
Whip it using a electric beater until stiff peaks form. This is the main step in making white chocolate mousse.
The peaks should form like this.
This is stiff peaks. Turn over the bowl to check the cream will stand still.
