Bread Toast is a crispy snack for kids made with sugar and butter. Bread Toast can be made instantly with ingredients available at home.

Instructions

  • Get your ingredients ready. To a mixing bowl add butter and sugar. Mix well. The mixture should be spreadable not too gooey.
  • Spread on on side of the bread slice. Spread only while toasting. Heat dosa tawa, place the spread side down on the tawa.
  • Press gently, then quickly apply on the butter sugar mixture on top. Cook for 2mins.
  • Flip over and cook other side until golden brown and crisp. Serve Bread Toast hot!

Notes

  • The butter should be at room temperature but not too goey.Do not melt butter it should be in spreadable consistency.
  • You can replace cane sugar with brown sugar.
  • Also spread the butter mixture just before you toast.
